Become a leader for the 2026-27 Empty Bowls Committee

The Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference Empty Bowls Committee Leadership Team is now forming! This youth-led after-school committee oversees the planning and implementation of the annual Empty Bowls Dinner in Placerville, a soup dinner featuring live music and vendors that raises funds to fight hunger in our community and beyond.
Youth in 9th-12th grades and Adult Mentors are invited to apply to lead the committee, which will meet primarily at the Hands4Hope Placerville Youth Center once a month in 2026 and more frequently before the dinner on February 20, 2027, with additional committee work and subcommittee meetings scheduled outside of full committee activities.
