Nashville Songwriters Live, a benefit fundraiser for Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference held for the 3rd year on February 27, 2026 at the Harris Center for the Arts in Folsom, was a resounding success! More than 600 attendees enjoyed a non-stop show full of surprises, featuring nationally touring artists Greg Barnhill, Morgan Myles, and CJ Solar. The show was hosted by the electrifying Mark Mackay, who worked closely with Hands4Hope staff and the volunteer Nashville Songwriters Live Committee. Together, they spent many months bringing this event to life.
We have so many people to thank for the success of this event... from the incredible artists who graced the stage and shared their heartfelt belief in the importance of volunteerism, giving back, and the Hands4Hope mission; to their supporting band, and the local guest performer Cynthia Renee and the inspiring youth performers.
This event would not have been successful without the support of our generous business and indivudal sponsors, who invested in the youth of our community through their support of this event, joining Hands4Hope in our vision of creating a community of civic minded and socially responsible citizens for generations to come.
Our emcee, Eileen Javora Boeger, stepped up at the last minute with grace and enthusiasm, and helped bring the event together on stage.
The many donors of items to the auction, as well as everyone who bid and participated in the auction, helped to make it successful and add to the contributions that this event will make in our community.
We appreciate everyone who donated during the fundraising blues jam! That was an exciting moment during the concert, and it completely surpassed our expectations!
We also want to thank Holly's Hill Vineyard and Brewery for their generous donation of wine and beer for the VIP Sponsor Reception, to Kasch Bowman and Laila Alexis for performing at the VIP Sponsor Reception, and Back Bistro for hosting our post-event party.
Thank you to so many more people who so generously contributed to the success of this event. We are so grateful for the opportunity to continue and deepen the Hands4Hope mission through its 18th year and beyond.
