New Hands4Hope Club Forming at Pleasant Grove Middle School

Updated: May 9

Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference delightfully announces the addition of its 15th on-campus service-learning Club with its expansion to Pleasant Grove Middle School. This addition means that students at all Rescue Union School District middle schools will now have the opportunity to experience a Hands4Hope Club.

The Hands4Hope Club model uses service-learning, an approach to teaching and learning that couples academic and civic knowledge together to address genuine community needs in real time. Club participants experience a full school year of Hands4Hope's proven curriculum that positions youth as the lead decision makers, under the guidance of a Hands4Hope staff Education Program Coordinator. The Club will meet bi-monthly after school on Wednesdays for 1 hour.

Club participation is limited to 25 youth due to space, and interested participants are encouraged to apply soon.
