Join us for the 15th Annual Hands4Hope Youth Recognition Celebration

Lights. Camera. Impact!

Together, we’ll take time to honor and celebrate the incredible achievements of our Hands4Hope youth participants and the meaningful impact they’ve made in our community this year.

All attending youth participants will receive a Hands4Hope Volunteer Certificate reflecting their completed service hours for the 2025–2026 program year. Youth who qualify for the President’s Volunteer Service Award* will still be recognized for this incredible accomplishment, even as the formal award program is currently on pause. We are proud to recognize the dedication, leadership, and compassion each of our volunteers has shown.

This family-friendly celebration will feature:

• Youth demonstration projects from clubs and committees

• A special recognition ceremony honoring our participants

• A heartfelt send-off for our graduating seniors as they begin their next chapter

All Hands4Hope youth participants who attend will receive a Hands4Hope Service Certificate for the 2025-26 program year.

*ABOUT THE PRESIDENT'S VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD:

Hands4Hope is a certified organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award and has traditionally provided certificates for qualifying youth. Unfortunately, this program was paused as of May 27, 2025 as part of federal cuts to AmeriCorps, and due to this decision, it is no longer possible for Hands4Hope to obtain President's Award certificates for participants.

The President's Volunteer Service Award is a national program created in 2003 that recognizes individuals by age category who have achieved a certain number of hours of service in a 12-month time period and whose service positively impacts communities and inspires those around them to take action, too.

Although we can no longer provide an offical certificate, youth who would have typically qualified for the President's Volunteer Service Award will still receive acknowledgement of their achievement from Hands4Hope staff at the Youth Recognition Event.
