RCH Scholarships for summer Camps distributed

Congratulations to the participants in the 2025 Ryan Christopher Hersh Memorial Scholarship Committee for completing their service-learning experience!

The Ryan Christopher Hersh Scholarship Committee formed in February, and included 10 middle and high school participants, including 3 youth who served as Committee leadership. The Committee met to determine this year's scholarship application process, qualifications, budget, and other aspects of the scholarship program. The scholarship is meant to provide youth in Kindergarten through 12th grade with limited means the opportunity to attend a summer camp in which they will be able to further develop an interest or skill. After receiving applications, the Committee met to score the applications, and awarded 8 scholarships worth a total of $3,410.

Donations can be made directly to the Ryan Christopher Hersh Memorial Fund here, and will benefit future scholarships.
